The dreaded squat:

Doing squats is also a popular weight loss exercise for women. Squat up and down as quickly as possible creates the deficiency of oxygen in the body inducing fat burn. Doing about 100 squats with in 5 minutes is considered very useful while reducing weight

Yoga:

Yoga is another well recommended weight loss exercise for women. Yoga exercises help women to lose their weight rapidly and make their body more flexible. Yoga is also very effective in relaxing the nerves and refreshing the mind.

Combine different exercises:

Combining weight training program with another weight loss exercise like Pilate’s is another great way of losing weight quickly.

Women who don’t work out regularly are known to drop off at least 4 to 5 pounds of muscle mass every 10 years. This leads to the slowing down of their metabolic process, which in turn hampers their weight loss. Therefore it is necessary for women to follow a weight loss exercise plan that is best suited for their individual needs.
